Title: Priscilla is evil.

I get to Junon, go down to the beach. Priscilla says 'Hey Mr. Dolphin' and it hangs... EVERY time. Any clue?

I'm pretty sure that it's a sound related problem....I think the spash sound effect is causing the hang....so.

Set directsound to Basic Accleration
type dxdiag in the run thing, and then go to the sound tab and move the slider to basic

If that doesn't work?....then....

Try playing in softwaremode in the small window

I had the same problem Contra.

Have you patched the FF7.exe with the FF7Music program?
Because as soon as I unpatched FF7.exe (again using FF7Music.exe) it went passed that point. I've had a few other crashes with FF7music enabled, but it proceeds when I don't use it.

Oh? I need to try that. And yeah, come to think of it, FF7Music had to be unpatched for me to play the Motorcycle chase....

I have FF7 on the playstation and no problems.
