I saw in another thread somewhere "use the Code 5 fix" thing but I cannot seem to find it in my current version of 7H. I am using the latest version I am pretty sure: 2.2.3.522. I downloaded it only 3 days ago, deciding to play again.
The Windows 10 update occurred to me today or last night, I forget exactly which. It is the new feature update: 2004.
Advice?
Edit: So the injection error went away (this was after I tried the admin/resolution fix) but it is still closing on launch, including launching without mods.

I'm getting a similar problem.
Waiting for FF7.exe to respond (120 seconds)...
Successfully launched FF7!
Stopping other programs for mods started by 7H
And then nothing happens. I played through NT mod 1.5 with 7H 2.0 several months ago and now it doesn't work with the update. Also, I tried reverting to the older version and that doesn't work now either. I reformatted my PC and did fresh install for Steam, FF7, and 7H and still not working.

Right-click your 7thHeaven.exe, click properties, click the compatibility tab and make sure "run this program as administrator" is ticked.
Go to your ff7 directory and find the ff7.exe, right-click and hit properties. Make sure "run this program as administrator" is ticked and "Run in 640x480 screen resolution"
I was experiencing some failure and this helped me get it launching again. Hope it helps!
