Title: Mods downloading but not installing?

I can download mods through 7H 2.3.1.0 but every time, I get this:

"Error installing [Mod Name] - the mod is queued for install."

I've gotten this error for both "Battle Models" and "World Models" from "Qhimm Modding Community".

I was able to download and install the "World Textures" mod but not these two. What am I doing wrong?
