Title: Screen flashes during gameplay.

I'm unsure if it's a mod, or if it's a rendering issue, but if I move even an inch my screen looks like it's tearing apart. I'm using an AMD GPU if that helps.

Edit: Asked on Discord, if you're using an AMD card, render with DX12 and turn off Radeon Anti-Lag.
