Hi everyone, I'm happy with the models in ff7, though I'd like to modify the animations to make them smoother and with more character. is it possible?

Absolutely! There are animation mods available for FF7 that can achieve smoother and more expressive characters. Check out "FF7 Re-animated" as a starting point.
