Title: FF7 XP Patch Question.

ok, i read most of the posts regarding to this patch. But my Question is. 1. will it work right with my specs

ATi Radeon32MB
SBLive Xgamer
Pentium II  400MHz
128MB of Ram

and question
2. Does the patch fix the "black materia" Crash That Edios/Square Desided To leave alone? The Crash Im talking about Is The one after Cloud Give Seperoth The black materia, then all the weapons start comeing out of the ground. one of them screams and fires at the highwind. and the game crashes. Eidos idea to fix the screen was to give the users one of their saved games to get passed that Point.

i apologize if this question has been asked many many times, but i want to find out as much as i can before a decide to go out and buy it, i know its cheep now. but its a headach to try and get it working right.

It will work, but don't know it will fix the "black materia" and so on...
Suggestion: Don't install the XP Patch!!!
Download: Official FFVII Patch & Chocobo Patch!!!

just out a curiosity, what was it supposed to fix in the first place? And where is the Chocobo Race Patch? and the Midgar Bike Race mini game patch, The bike race was the one im worried about right now from the stuff iv been reading

not heard of a bike race patch but here is the chocobo patch

The XP patch does nothing.  The FFVII patch is what fixes stuff.  Aaron will find the thread for you.  See below. (HA! right as i posted this, he beat me to it. He's my roomate and saw me posting on this topic.  grrrrr......  AARON!!!! hehe just kidding. )
