Title: kinda silly question...

hi, i am playing final fantasy ix, and something's confusing me.  it's a little sad, but here goes... is kuja a girl or a boy?  i'm only on the 2nd disc so i don't know if u find out later or whatever, but at the end of disc one it said 'mystery man', only kuja looks like a girl.  So i was just wondering...

Yeah, you better put spoiler tags on that. I always thought Kuja was a gal too till they started saying 'him' and stuff when they talked about him.

Seems to be a new FF trait. In FF8 a certain Sorceress looked like a Man.

maybe all the programmers are in to transgender porn  :wink: I also thought kuja was a girl at first, he certainly has the figure of one

Nah I think Garlend got tired of knocking people down(play FFI) and got very lonely on Gaia if you get what I mean... :P

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that maybe the translators thought it would be better if Kuja was a man than a woman? Either that or he's a cross-dresser.

As for Adel... Look at the chick from the WWF. She's pretty manly, but still a girl. She was probably the physical inspiration for Adel. (IMHO)

no. there is very little difference in the english and japanese versions of the final fantasies.
