What do you mean?

Im prety sure the weapon doesn't have properties (Dmg etc) but the Char data hold the base dmg for a weapon, and is then multiplyed by the level or str of a character...that what i THINK anyway im not too sure though..

Editing weapon stats aint possible by any ff7 program AFAIK. But i think that i seen weapon data decoded around here ... so you could find the info on the page and then hex-edit it. Sounds like only way for now.
