Title: HYNE - PSN File save Seed key required?

I've attempted to export a save into my PSP Vita using the PSN file format.  When I Did it gave me an error requiring me to input the seed key of my game console.  I've googled for this and I have no idea what this is and where to get it.  Does anyone know?
