Title: Just an experiment
Post by: halkun on 2004-06-07 00:20:11
Can someone give me a file listing of what's in condor.lgp and chocobo.lgp? That would be swell.

ADUUNDUM:
Also also magic.lgp, that would be great!

ADDUNDUM#2:
I don't remeber, but wasn't everything tucked into a /data directory. If it was, could you confirm that?

Im currently looking inside the Magic.LGP file....The only problem is this.
There are 5252 files...I will postthem, but do you know of any programs i can use to copy the names of all the data in the list?

I also cannot find the Chocobo.LGP snd Condor.LGP file you speak of..where is it located?

If you can, send the file list to [email protected]. I need to compare the magic.lgp listing to the refrenced layout in the subdirs.

There are several "development subdirectories" such as /magic /limit /limit2 /limit3 /summon I need to cross refrence with the PSX BIN files.

It would help to unify all the file formats on both platforms.

There is no condor.lgp or chocobo.lgp? That's odd, they are refrenced in the executable. (I also have the "expanded" minigame devel subdirs) I'll have to pick at it when I get home.

Uhm..

Yeah, theres a condor and chocobo.lgp  They're in ..\Data\Minigame\

Interesting, theres no lgp named "bike".  Is it "high_us"?

Anyway, Condor has an odd naming stucture.  Most of the files are .p or .rsd, and are named as such:

aa.p
aa.rsd
ab.p
ab.rsd
ac.p
ac.rsd

...etc.  This goes all the way up to LQ.  The rsd files are very small comapred to the p files.

Then there's Map0.tex thru map7.tex, a file named Mes02.tex, and another called vert.bin.

In addition, theres a series of files named eunitxxx.tex, emesxxx.tex; ehelp.tim and ehelp1.tim, etfoo.tex, and finally data.bin and camera.bin

I'm sure aa, ab, etc are body parts for the various units and projectiles, though the emes and eunit files, I have no clue what function they have.

I'm only writing it down this way cuz i'm too lazy to copy the whole list =P

Well ive unpacked all the files so i have them all in one directory...how would i go about listing them?

As i said there are over 5000 files so doing each individually is not an option...

I cannot do the file listing now, because im not at my PC and I dont know when will I get to it ... maybe in a week ... could someone else do it ?
My old version of Unmass tool ( its dos version, download here: http://mirex.mypage.sk/FILES/unm_d02.rar ) can do filelisting just run it with command "unmass.exe file-you-want-to-list GL listfile.txt" and it will print list all the files in archive to the listfile.txt.
