Hi. I've been trying to nerf Haste and Slow for a while now. I'd like them to multiply speed by 1.5 and 0.66 instead of 2 and 0.5. Since they're permanent, the 2/0.5 multiplier is excessive (especially for early-game spells). I've been looking for the hex address that could double and divide the speed. Character ATB bars start at 9A8B15, though they often call F6F2D0. The command for Haste and Slow has to be somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it. Does anyone know where they are?
