How can I convert DLS into SF2 and vice-versa? Are there any programs which can do it fast?

Awave. Works great. DLS->SF2 works fine; however note that SF2->DLS1 might not since SF2 supports more "features" than DLS1; so you could lose stuff converting that way. (DLS1 is probably what you're using since that's what DirectX 6/7 supports IIRC).

also a correction is that dls midi notes hold more information.
