Alright, when I patch FF7.exe for use with FF7Music, I get these errors when I try to start it.

So, I uninstalled and tried again, two times.
I saw in this topic (http://forums.qhimm.com/viewtopic.php?t=3299&highlight=cetra+patch) That the person there installed a 1.02 patch? Where can I find that? I am trying to replace the music with my own, by the way.
If anything what am I doing wrong? And how would I find out what version of FF7 I have, if that was the case?
EDIT: Okay, I applied the 1.2 patch, and it gives me the same error =/

This is the same exact message I'm getting too! I have all the mp3 files for the FF VII soundtrack, and I have the winamp plugins, and everything is set up right! I don't know what to do, help! :weep:

I think ya need ficedula.dll installed. if you already do, then try moving it around (windows/system, windows/system32, whatever folder ff7music is running in...)

I already have it installed, and I've now copied it and put it in every place I can think of, lol. It's now in the folder where ff7music is in, as well as the folder ffvii.exe is in, and in Windows, and in both System and System32 folders, heck I even put it the Ceta folder. And.....it still gives me that message. Now I haven't told it every single mp3 file, but that shouldn't matter, since it should play the midi by default, right?
Heh..I'm running out of places to put ficedula.dll in....
If it matters any, I have Windows XP, Home Editon, and the FF VII game I have is from [link removed]......though the high-res Cloud patch works just fine, so why ff7music isn't...I dunno... :weep:

We don't support pirated copies of Final Fantasy VII.
Kiko (if you're still around): Your copy isn't pirated too, is it?

Yes, I know that, that's why I put it in spoilers, I would have bought the real thing if I could find it. So, now that you guys know that I have the fake thing, your not gonna help me? :-?

I can help them, but am I allowed since we're not meant to support pirated versions and stuff... meh, edit my post if you don't like me helping them. And I should probably say since it's not caused by it being copied.
All you need to do is use an older version of fice's librarys (for ff7music, but not cetra)
Use version 1.10 of FiceLib from:

Anyways, I've got myself a different problem with ff7music. When one of my MP3s play, the original midi plays at the same time, it's pretty annoying, anyone know how to fix this?

go into your volume control for ff7 pc and Mute midi =)

Well, I got it to work, after many hours of trying this and that Rubicant helped me all through tonight and got it to finally play the mp3s!
I'd also like to thank Neo Bahamut and EmperorSteele for there help as well.

Congratulations. I think if ficedula makes another update to that program, he should try to make it be able to use multiple plugins, so you can use WMA, MP3 and stuff like that at the same time.... I'm being really picky aren't I...

Actually, mine is the real deal.
Anyway, now the game crashes while trying to start a battle. I'm guessing right when the song is supposed to start. Thanks for the fix though Neo Bahamut, now I just have this problem ^^;;
