Title: I have problem pls help

I have problem with ff7.  :evil:
I install it, a reach the main menu, i hit on new game, and i get a black screen.... the game not crash, just dont do anything... I install a patch but not correct that problem...

Yeah i forgot... i use xp home with SP2

Is this a legit copy of FFVII? Can you play the game movies through Windows Media Player?

If you can't then install this:

and try again.

A guy at the Eidos forum has just fixed this by loading that mediaplayer thing that is in the install menu of FF7PC. Try that.

I don't think it the setup.exe... I think that menu only comes up in the executiable that does the auto-disk loader thing.
