Title: FF7 corel prison Baret flashback with dyne crash

yeah, well, like the topic suggests; FF7 crashes when I get to the bit when Barret is having the flashback where he explains about dyne. The point at where it crashes is usually right when their climbing down the cliff when they heard shinra was going to attack the place. Any help would be accepted with warm arms.

I included a copy of my save if anyone would think that it would be better for someone to just get past the flashback and then save and send it back. Note: I had to put it in a zip since geocities would not allow files with a .ff7 extenion (as I type this I realize that I could of just changed the extension to something else, but oh well)

I would have suggested to go into Dxdiag, go to the Sound tab, and put the Direct Sound Acceleration into basic mode.

I have the same problem too... can anyone help me to get past the flashback, then save and send the file to me please? Any help will be appreciated... ^^

Also, Just to let ya know Barret is in your team instead of Cait Sith because they force you to have barret on your team after the flashback. Also, I renamed the save to 01 for slot 2 instead so you don't overwrite your old ones just incase.  :wink:
