I'm really confused cuz I have FF7 CD and I'm playing it in a PS emulator so is there is any patch that can help me ?

And I`m confused of the way you word yourself.

Basically you`ve got the PSX version of FF7 and playing it on an emulator? Well; most if not all patches for FF7 are for the pc-version. I think you can use the higher-difficulty scene.bin files with some effort, but that`s about it.
