Title: LGP Tools
Post by: RPGillespie on 2005-09-23 01:14:08
Hey, I was wondering what that 'patch creater' function in LGP Tools is used for specifically. Say I have flevel.lgp and a modified flevel.lgp... Could I make a 'patch' that would modify anyone's flevel to the way my modified one was? What I'm really asking is, since my cussword-free flevel is almost 100% complete, I wan't to make a patch similar to reunions patch so I can give it to my cousin easier, you know what I'm saying? Well, any info on this would be great, I've been messing around with LGPtools I think it should work (ficedula's built in patch maker), but I can always do the fix the hard way...

Cuss word free eh? Nice.

Your cousin younger..? Or another reason..?

Yes, much younger... Technically he isn't even old enough for a rated 'T' game yet  ...

Oh. I see. Yeah, I played FF7 soon after it came out.. which would have made me... 13-ish... maybe... *shrugs* lol. Yeah, I think it was the first game I ever saw that had cussing.. :)

If the patching function in LGP tools won't work, you can search the net for other patcher tools, I know there are few of them. Try searching google for 'patcher' or something like that.
