Post by: Buuhan1 on 2005-09-25 18:31:56
I run the installer and everything goes fine then it starts getting to the end of installing things and then when it tries to install the phoenix.avi movie it says it ran into the error and it says eather retry, abort, or skip and when you click retry the installer just freezes and stop responding and you are forced to shut it down, I really need help here.

Why is it installing the movies? It should play the movies off the disc, and by the sound of it the installer is doing it for you. Is your FF7 game by any chance downloaded off the wonderful resource known as the internet? If so all bugs and glitches pertaining to the downloaded version of FF7 have been solved! Here is the link to the thread:  The answer to your problem. (http://forums.qhimm.com/viewtopic.php?t=3800)

The cd maybe a little scratched, clean it off with toothpaste or something.
