Title: keypad problem

when i first meet vincent and then go to the enter the name screen, i can't get out of it. the letters and numbers work but the arrow,esc,and enter buttons aren't working. is there a solution to this problem?

try tu type numpad 5 and then numpad enter.

i had a similar problem when naming cait sith this morning
I dont have a numpad so I have my keys set up al la FF8.
What was happening (ff7v1.02) was any key I pressed it entered that letter for the name, ie pressed S and Cait Sith changed to Cait Sits.
Just press the Enter on the main keyboard and that sends me to Select and again to exit.

i was able to use the number pad but the enter button still wasn't working
