Title: Have Key Item PHS, but no way to use it?

Why don't I have the option to use the PHS menu even though I have the PHS?  Is there a fix for this?

Note I am relatively far past the time I got the PHS, I am currently fighting JENOVA*LIFE with still no PHS menu option.

the phs option can only b used at a save point and on the world map

Yes even at save points, there is no option I do not even have a greyed out "PHS" option.

Is there a code I can enter to allow me to get all menu options?

In the debug room I can get the PHS option.  Is there a way to perhaps figure out how that option works and use it in my save game?

did you edit your save sife or something that let you get it before you should have? that might be the case since the game dose not reconise you having it

I edited it in an attempt to fix it, and may have done some small before it happened but I did not mess with key items or anything too significant I don't think, only Gil or something.

Perhaps someone can give me a save game close to where I am at and I’ll attempt to edit items to what I currently have, I have been rather thorough its just getting very hard to manage things without PHS.

I have just faced the Ultimate Weapon for the fist time and now just finished the story line part when Tifa is in Cloud's mind.

strange I did not even see the phs option in the menu :( The only thing I can think of is to find the code in the save file that says what key items you have and use a program to fix it, or switch your party only in the highwind.
