Title: FF8 movie error

I installed Final fantasy on my PC now, and it runs great on it till i select the "new game".. Instead of the amazing starting movie, I get a black screen..

I took a stroll through this forum but I failed to spot the solution here..

Can someone help me?

BTW: My computer is:
AMD with 800MHz
RADEON (don't know the specifications I'm afraid)
around 400MB RAM
Windows 2000 SP4

Did you already install the newest patch (also includes a new version of the movie player)?

Try changing the screen resolution or changing between software and hardware rendering

Tried that.. the only difference I get when I use the low resolution is that it crashes to the desktop instead of the black screen..

OK, there was an error in the img file.. I ripped it again, and now it works fine..
