Title: Cant get mime to work (FF7)

Ive tried using w-summon, and then using mime, on the same character, and with one character summoning, and one miming, nothing seems to work, how exactly do i get mime to work?

Does Mime work if you use it on someone who has preformed an action other then W-Summon?

i cant get it to work at all, tried that.
