Okay, whenever I try to create a new lgp file it just freezes and sits there. Is there a way to fix this?

How long are you giving it?

It can take a while, so while I haven't had to wait any longer then 5-10min, I'd give it sometime (that is if you haven't let it sit for like an hour and still nothing).

Well I always ctrl+alt+del and it says Not responding.

It can take several minutes depending on your computer speed. The 'not responding' message is reported because the program is maxing out the CPU so ignore it.

I left it there for 20 min. and it still din't do anything. But I am doing all this off a disk. Should I move it off the disk?
