Sorry BAD ENGILSH, I`m from Spain:

Jenova takes Sefirot´s body form to manipulate Cloud, (In the Present)

In the scene of the Mako Reactor in the Past, Sefirot cuts the Head of Jenova *And take it with him, to the lifestream* (you can see in LAST ORDER OVA)

THIS> Explain the Sefirot and Jenova presence at the North Cave.

THIS> Explain that the Jenova of the Shin-ra building doesn´t have head.

I can say too, that the one who killed president Shin-Ra is Jenova, when travelling across sea, when you see Sefirot he fly away and Jenova appears. When Aeris dies he fly away and Jenova appears. And you fight jenova´s parts one by one, except the head. (That is on the North Cave, with the true Sefirot)

NOTE: I have to thanks SquareSoft for the traduction of shit they made to the Spanish for this game, a shit, a real fucking shit... XD

first off, are you stating the obvious?
President shin-ra got killed by sephiroth when retrieving jenova from the building.

for the rest i dont get much of your post :/

I don't seem to get his point either..

And besides that, why does he censor the word for "poop", while not doing so for the word which describes how two beings make love, or just mate in some cases...?

Actually, you're close: after nibelhiem, Sephiroth was controlling everyhing: That's WHY Jenova took Sephiroth's form.  Not to mess with Cloud, but becasue Sephiroth mentally co-opted jenova's body and made her look like him.

Squeenix explains this in the AC bonus DVD, as well as the Ultimana Omega guide.

I allways thought it was jenova because after it escapes you seee the chage whitch housed it was broken like it was jenova breaking out and not someone from the outside breaking in. Also the way the blood trail goes it looks like it starts there as well.
