hello i`m new to this forum and i recently jus got back into final fantasy vii (been 5 yrs - psx 1) i have the PC version now and i was wondering if there is a mod 2 change cloud to sephiroth and sephiroth to cloud (so u can battle and play the story all looking like sephiroth and when you encounter the real sephiroth he will look like cloud)

if there isn`t 1 out is there one in the progress of being made?

The one made by Technoman Midnight is the most complete one that I'm aware of.

...ooh boy, here we go.

I'll bet five bucks he comes back within 2 days asking either a) how to make it work, or b) about any one of many technical issues addressed in the README of the patch

well actually your somewat right EmperorSteele though i feel like it be much to a bother 2 ask for help, and i read the whole read me seen that it wasn`t 100% complete :)
