Title: E3 Games you most look forward to?
Post by: Sad Jari on 2006-05-13 07:17:57: What the subject says. Here (http://www.ign.com/e3/2006/games/rank-asc.html)'s a list to refresh your memory.

For me there are two games I'm genuinely interested in; BioShock (http://xbox360.ign.com/objects/793/793105.html) and Mass Effect (http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/706/706601p1.html).

BioShock because it's from Irrational Games. The dudes who made System Shock 2. And the setting sounds like the coolest ever.

Mass Effect because it's from a Bioware. I don't have to tell you what Bioware has done, do I? And it's a sci-fi RPG. Sure there have been KOTOR and KOTOR2 - both from Bioware, but other than that... there are like gigabillion fantasy RPGs but no sci-fi RPGs at all. :|

Funny that both of them are 360 games. I knew that Mass Effect was, but had no idea about BioShock.

Command & Conquer 3 - not really following its development, but I am well excited over it.

Having said that, I think both games will kill my system easily. Just like how Oblivion did. :-D I need a new graphics card. :-P

After watching the gameplay footage of 2K7 from E3, I almost orgasmed at how incredible that game looks (looks in both contexts of looking good and looking like it will play good too).

EDIT:
...and I'm looking forward to Dirge of Cerberus. That kind of goes without saying I'm sure.

Note the lack of "super" in the new name.

I pretty much agree to your list being a Nintendo fan myself.
Isnt it super smash brothers brawl btw?

Im generally just looking forward to the wii ^^

Burning Crusade (WoW expansion, PC)
Starfox (DS)
Diddy Kong Racing (DS, perhaps Rare is comming back to nintendo, or MS will let Rare make games for wii so MS will earn the profit :D)

Well for a long time its: Nintendo, Westwood and Blizzard that rocks my boat. And ofcourse square-enix, but seeing the price of ps3, i think i'll wait till its more respectable. thats why i want wii and ds games more since i have a ds, and am buying a wii :) and allready have a pc :) Shame Sega and Petroglyph didnt show anything this E3 (petroglyph is Neo-westwood, almost all old workers of westwood started that company and togeteher with sega are commin with some big rts universe thingy). Also Supreme commander looked verry promissing.

I found most of them rather dull and dissapointing for the price ($499 :-o - and that's the cheap one!)
The FF7 technical demo was pretty cool although you guys have probably already seen it.

I think I'm going to get a Wii just because Nintendo seems to be the only company that puts thought into their products instead of serving up a bunch violent/sexual slop like the others as L. Spiro said in a different thread. Who knows though, PS3 could turn out amazing although it would have to be pretty d*** amazing for 600 bucks.

It's been tagged as PC game by so many sources that I'm almost certain there will be a PC version.

Traditionally Irrational is more of a PC dev, anyway.
