Title: Text editing
Post by: sword on 2006-05-24 16:15:03
I posted something like this awhile ago, but I thinks it's deleted or whatever. Anyway, here's the problem. When I boot up Cosmo it doesn't come on screen. It's in the taskbar, but that's it. I'm running it on Windows ME. But I have an XP, which leads to my next question. If there's no cure could I move it the XP without installing it, just bringing over flevel? And thirdly, if Cosmo is just dead, I have a Sapphire question. Whenever I edit the text and pack it back up it always crashes. Is there a way to fix that?

It's probably off the screen. Right mouse button on it in the taskbar, click Move, then tap your arrow keys (up/left) to move it back into place.

As for Sapphire, the only way it can be fixed is if M4v0r fixes it and re-compiles... I haven't seen him around in ages though, so...

Or:

1) ALT
2) SPACE
3) M
4) Move with arrow keys as necessary

Hotkeys aren't unified. The "M" would minimize a window in my version of OS.

If by Multi-Platform you mean different versions of Windows, then yes :P
