Title: FF8 crash at startup

Ok, I just finished installing FF8, but when I try to start it, I get an error and it crashes.

OS:Windows Vista Beta 2 Build 5342
Video Card: ATI Radeon 9550
CPU: Unknown
RAM: 512MB

I don't know if it can be fixed, but I figured this was the best place to ask.

Try running it in compatibility mode and see if that helps

I did. I tried it in compatability mode for XP and for 98/ME, but both still do the same thing.
