Well, if it were to be done, this would be the place.
As far as I know, you can't "import" things into the game yet--like, you can't go and create Cloud's AC Buster Sword in some program, and then input it into the game. As of yet, there just isn't any method for doing it. You can expect it, though, in the near future, most likely.
The closest thing I think you could do is modify the current Buster Sword to your tastes...how to do that, though, I'm not sure. Someone a bit more knowledgable in that area may be able to tell you, though.

Check this page out. Scroll down and here are some great Final Fantasy themed weapons for Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. They may not really match Oblivion's setting, but they are some nice weapons models you can tweak.

Sweet Thanks! those are actually pretty good!

Not a problem. If you need other model remakes, check out what the modding community has to offer. Final Fantasy VII still has quite a bit of a following. Here is a cool model of Cid (WIP) for a Half-Life 2 mod called Final Fantasy Battle Arena.

That link tells me that remote linking is not allowed. While I can still get to the image by dragging it onto a tab after seeing the no remote linking (so that I'm loading it while on their site), it's inconvenient

Then I guess you'll have to deal with a 10 second Google search...boo hoo. :-D
