Title: FF7: Movies wont play (Upsidedown-Patch installed)
Post by: Findecano on 2007-05-31 19:46:23
As the topic says, the FF7 Movies won't play ingame (i can watch them outside the game)
I've installed:

I've already tried to start with the 1.00 version (without High-Res off course), with compatibility-mode, without FF7-Music and the original lgp files (without NPC-Reconstruction).
Upsidedown-Movie Patch is applied, True Motion is disabled in FDShow and tried playing the movies from the CD.
Any suggestions what i could do to fix the problem?

My System:
OS: Windows XP Home SP2
RAM: 1,5 GB (3x 512 MB DDR2-667)
GPU: 2xASUS GeForce 7600 GT (SLI Turned off)
CPU: Intel Core2Duo E6300 @ 1.86 GHz
Motherboard: Asrock ConRoe xFire eSATA2

True Motion is disabled in FDShow, but did you install the codec separately?

Do you mean True Motion?
If yes: I've installed the Codec comming with FF7, and then the Upsidedown Movie Patch (as written in my previous post).
I think, the upsidedown patch is a True Motion Codec so i've installed it.

No one knows how to solve this problem?

EDIT: Ok, problem fixed. I've deinstalled every True Motion Codec and enabled TrueMotion in FDShow, now it's working.
thanks to Otokoshi for trying to help me!
