Here's what happened in the last few hours.
Arcticnetwork.net's server got hacked and all the html got erased.
I've tried my best to reupload the forums.
I did everything in a rush, I hope everything is working fine.
If there are any problems, don't hesitate to post them here so I can look into them.

Heh, I was like "What _now_?" when I got the 404 from Arcticnetwork's server.
Seems to be working pretty nicely, but what's with the clock? It's not on GMT, I'm sure of that.

Jari: Dunno if it's changed, but I think it's on GMT now...
New design is nice! Still liked the old (3dstream) design but this is an improvement on the previous nextff design. Sweet.

Yep, it's fixed now. It was some 12 hours off before.

BTW, you guys do know what the little arrow next to "last post by" is for right?
There might be a few things what you guys might notice too.
For example, when you reply to a topic, the topic review doesn't increase the topic views anymore. And when you're forwarded to the topic after you've replied, it doesn't increase the topic view count anymore.
For those of you that are familiar with NextFF's forums, pretty much everything there is here.

I like! Fairly good. If we're allowed to submit wish-lists then one thing that I find moderately annoying:
When you post a reply, the topic is shown in a frame below the box to type a reply into. This is good. However, it always displays the first page of the topic - it'd be much nicer if it displayed the last (most recent) posts. (You can get to them, but it means manually clicking & scrolling there at the moment).
Also, when you post a reply, does it take you back to the last page of the topic (ie. where your reply is actually going to be put?). Last time I tried it again takes you to the first page.
Neither of these is life threatening, but if you find yourself with some free time... ^_^

There's been so many things happening lately I was just like "oh, well-it'll pop up sooner or later!" Good to see there's a (semi?) permanant address now...
Wish list? I'd like to see the old ending "tag" line for the board up again-do you remember it?

Oh, yeah-and given Fice's current post levels and rate, maybe we should give him a "Ficedula Express Posting Button". He'll be hitting 2000 before I hit the century mark... :grin:

Heh, we do need better images for the buttons.
And I'm quite happy about my post count ... I don't really spam, it's all valid comments. I just spend faaaar too much time on the 'net, especially since I'm used to always-on connections :wink:
