Maybe this is not the right section, but i have to ask for a little help. Im creating a mod by myself but i need to know one thing. How can i set a battle char as the default even whitout replacing battle's files? Is that something to do whit ff7.exe?
I dont know which program i must use and what to do, so if someone wanna help me i will be very happy.

How can i set a battle char as the default even whitout replacing battle's files (i mean how can i play as sephiroth, for example, and control him, instead of fighting whit cloud)? How can i change limit skills beetween chars and chars? and last one which program i must use?

There's the Sephiroth patch if all you want to do is play as him. If you want to do all the swapping yourself, you'll need Kimera, Biturn, and LGP tools. The information on how to do it yourself is on the forums somewhere since multiple people have swapped battle models.
You'll have to replace files if you want to modify your game.

No problem i created a patch, i know how to swap and to see the files, but i wanna know how to choose my default battle chars from the FF7.exe, i know its possible because i found a patch that does this thing

No im looking for a modification of the ff7.exe where i can change the default battle skeleton of cloud whit another one.

the easiest way is use jenova... or you can try and do that useless shit.
