No matter what I've tried, the video is always either choppy (slowing down then speeding up randomly and frequently), very big pixels, or lines are everywhere making a checkerboard look to the screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?
If any info is needed about my comp, i'll give it.

To get rid of the gridlines, install 1.02 patch and select RivaTNT fix from the FF7Config. And... what do you exactly mean by "video"? Computer specs would be useful. At least the CPU you're using.

The gridlines could be from ticking the Nvidia box, without using an Nvidia graphics card.
-
That's a fix that should work for all modern GPUs.

First my comp is..
AMD AthlonX2 4000+
1024 MB RAM
NVIDIA eVGA 7600GT (No OC)
And... what do you exactly mean by "video"?
Gameplay
I have installed the patch, but when I uncheck the NVIDIA setting using 640x480, the gameplay gets REALLY choppy, the battle swirl goes really fast and sometimes crashes (that's a patch I need to get but dunno where to install it.)

YAMP + MiniGamesPatch (http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=5124.0) will most likely fix the battle-swirl crash. There is an instruction on how to use it in the thread. The choppiness could be reduced by installing the old Cyrix patch. Dunno where to download it from, though. There is also an option to set the CPU affinity for FF7 and somehow disable the dynamic changes of the CPU frequency, but I'd go with the Cyrix patch :P

Ultra b*tchin'. It's all working excellent. Many thanks to my homie dziugo :P. Cyrix fixed it up for me, but one last thing... does anyone know where to get the OST so I can get rid of this CRAPPY MIDI?
[EDIT] The only thing that I've seen is a extremely minor downfall is that at the very beginning before you plant the bomb, the screen doesn't go red when the voice in your head tells you that this reactor isn't just a reactor. Other than that, A+
