So I have been playing around with some of the tweaks and mods and I was wondering if there were any mods out there that add Zack as a playable character? Maybe as a competently separate extra person so you can use both zack and cloud?

no there isn't anything that I have heard of that can add zack as a charecter. However you can switch zack's model for cloud's but that is pretty much as far as you can go

You can play as Cloud and Zack together, but you need to sacrifice a char

Someone was working on a mod that replaces Cait Sith with Zack but it never got released. Maybe you can dig one up from somewhere?

To create Zack, just create a second Cloud, is pretty easy then put him replacing another char. Whit kimera create the skin for battle and field, and modify the kernel3 so is done
