Title: MIDI Device, HELP!

can anyone help me with that? whenever i try to open the game or the config it's saying that i don't have the "Windows95-compliant MIDI device"..

help? please?

Well, that's weird because, if I recall correctly, even MS DOS's audio drivers came with a midi driver which makes me wonder if your sound card drivers are properly installed.  You should try to reinstall your audio drivers.  If it doesn't work, tell us what operating system you use.

ahh ok..thanks guys..

my sound card isn't installed, the CD driver i have is not working so i currently don't have any sounds in my PC now..

thanks guys! but knowing this..i still can't play FFVII..

any suggestions? i can download drivers in the internet right?

ok, but how will i know what driver is my sound card?

You just need to view the kind of sound card youre using. For xp users, it can be seen inside the sound sistem from the control panel.  Just see the "audio" panel, you an change the drivers from there. From there you can see which type of soundcard youre using too

but there's no driver or sound card devices in the audio panel..
