Title: FMV Doesn't Fit Screen

Hi. I havn't found this problem anywhere else, maybe i'm just bad at searching.
I get the game to work (i havn't really tried it beyond the first battle, but so far it works), EXCEPT that the FMVs doesn't fit the screen... I think i can only see the top-left quarter of the video (i've only watched the logo and the aeris intro thingey).
I've tried using all the resolutions and that High Res patch, and i can view the movies perfectly in WMP.

Edit: This is a FF7 issue if you havn't figured that out yet  :lol:

Do you have the TrueMotion codecs installed?

How about Direct Show? If by chance you are using the Ultima Edition (not an accusation) you won't get much help on these forums I'm afraid. :-)

I think i have Direct Show. I'm not using the Ultima Edition. I own 4 cds (1 install and 3 game)

Ok cool, well make sure you have direct show then, that usually solves FMV problems. :-)

I'm gonna reinstall the game...

Edit: still doesn't work, cause for some reason the installer won't start (the menu thingey with the Directx5, MoviePlayer and Yamaha works though, but i it just closes when i want to install the game). And also, i can't find any way of uninstalling the game... I got these CDs from a friend, so i'm not really sure it's supposed to work :(
