Title: Texturing Models For FF7,Help

Hi, I'm New the the Hole Game tweaking thing and all that, But what i want to Do is Just change how The chars look in-game, make them look nicer and all that and i would like to do it in photo shop, Can any one tell me programs to use to Convert the FF7 files to some thing photo shop can work with, Thanks.

You can't use only photoshop to improve your models.  The only thing you can do with photoshop is improve/create your textures.  Unless you only want to improve the eyes and mouth, you need 3DS Max to map your textures to the models.

Ok, What i think your saying is, I "CAN" use photoshop to improve and create but i need 3domax to add them? well any ways i still need to know what to use to make the game textures work with photoshop so i can start working with them.

Well you can use Biturn to convert .tex to .bmp.
