Title: ff8 PC editing

With Biturn I can decompile MCH file into TXT-BMP-JPG file.

Is there a way to do the opposite work? Is there a way to create MCH file from TXT-BMP-JPG?

Does anyone actually look through their list of "Unread Topics" though? I simply use it as a marker when I view the forum...
