Is there any way to convert a FFVII PSX save file into a FFVII PC save file?

I think there is.  I'm sure I saw a mention of the way to do it in a thread here, a while back.  But I can't for the life of me remember how to do it.
You could always use a savegame editor, and just copy everything exactly as it is.  Would take a while to set up, though.  So, yes, it's definitely possible, and there's probably a better way to do it.

PSXMemTool (http://psxmemtool.ngemu.com/PSXMemTool/index.php) has such conversion function.  Though, I haven't used that because I'm not sure if it works with FF7 Japanese/International save file.
