Title: Using FFVII Save Editor

How do you really use FFVII Save Editor, it just says to find the file and open it, i did that and nothing happens :/, can someone tell me whats going on please (I also made sure it was the kind of file it said to open in the help part of this application)

Sorry for the dbl post but, u just gotta back off the file itself and look in the folder its in, sorry for wasting everyone's time (and maybe pissing people off of those who work hard at it and not cheat)
