Title: Unix based FF7

Heres a question for all those with substantial computer knowledge how do i get FF7 to run in FreeBSD/other Unix based operating systems i.e Mac OS any help would be much appreciated and all helpers will get a gold star of L337N355

Maybe you could use wine for "emulating" it?

Maybe with VMWare or something else (you could set up a "virtual" windows xp / 2000 / 98 and install FF7 there)?

Yes, as far as I've heard there is no way to play it on any system other than Windows. Of course, when Q-Gears comes out, it should be playable on linux.

it is hard enough to get FFVII to play on windows, I think the best bet would be to get a PSX emulator for UNIX and play that version.
