Title: A couple of questions about Garden

Hey there. Is Garden the only FF8 editor out there that (1) enables you to edit in-game text and (2) edit the damage values for limit breaks? Having next to zero programming skills, I don't know the first thing about getting it to work.

I wanted to  prepare a battle hardcore patch for FF8 PC soon.  It, furthermore, isn't garden really the only editor out there I haven't hardly seen any at all. I try the best thing so that it will work.
