Title: 1cm border at bottom of screen

I realize that the high resolution patch can cause this and after applying the patch I decided I wanted nothing to do with it so I uninstalled ff7 and reinstalled it but the black border is still there. How do I make this go away?

That border is normal. It's supposed to be there.
