Title: Need help with the NPC Reconstruction Project

I can't seem to get FF7 to use the new models. It says it's patched, but when I run the game it clearly isn't.

To my knowledge I actually have two folders for models:
C:\Users\Tyler\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Square Soft, Inc\Final Fantasy VII\data\field\char\
C:\Program Files\Square Soft, Inc\Final Fantasy VII\data\field\char\

I don't know the difference between them. I switched the files in each after I patched and nothing happened.

Am I doing anything wrong? Is there something I missed?

Try running it in compatibility mode for windows 95 or 98 and run as administrator...

If it doesnt work use this.. thats what i did... my PC is crappy so yeah...
