Title: [FF7] ultima weapon - masamune mod (1.2)(Missing Download)

ver 1.1

this mod changes the ultima weapon to the masamune with the masamune stats, att-99,crit%-255,hit%-255 and 6 linked slots, instead of 8,
and also changes the buster sword to max materia slots and makes the damage calculation the same as vincents 'Death Penalty',
 this is calculated by how many enemies cloud has defeated.....

(i think this damage calculation is good for the buster sword, cause if u kill  enough enemies with cloud u can use the buster all the
 way through the game, this is y ive given it max materia slots)

Ver 1.2

this version is exactly the same as the other but, the masamune now has a standard damage calculation, instead of the ultima weapon calculation.
and the buster sword now has the ultima weapon calculation instead of the death penalty caculation...........

when u replace the kernel files, if there is an option for 'compatibility files' make sure u replace these also

If your using vista or windows 7 you sometimes get a compatibility folder appear, you can see it in the bar at the top of the window. If you have a kernel folder in here make sure you update these as well

Anyway..Is it possible not to use the masamune sword but I can apply this to the other different swords in Clouds Arsenal? Because i'm not a big fan of long slim swords..But the MOD is great is just that I prefer the Big ones....Thanks! Jya!...

yea , well .......... all of clouds weapons are named from 'rtck'-'rtcz' so if u would like to replace the masamune for something else just rename the 'rtcz' file you have downloaded with this mod
to one of these                  (!please note!: these are only the weapon 'models' u will need to edit the kernel file for any stat changes or to change the names of the weapons)

buster sword (rtck)
mythril saber (rtcl)
hard edge (rtcm)
butterfly edge (rtcn)
enhanced sword (rtco)
organics (rtcp)
crystal sword (rtcq)
force stealer (rtcr)
rune blade (rtcs)
murasame (rtct)
nailbat (rtcu)
yoshiyuki (rtcv)
apocalypse (rtcw)
heavens cloud (rtcx)
ragnarok (rtcy)
ultima weapon (rtcz)

i also suggest u download 'wallmarket' its a programme to edit ur own kernel files, u will find it on this website somewhere

if u replaced it for the nailbat, it would have the same stats, and slots as the nailbat, it will still be called the nailbat also,,,
u need to edit the 'kernel' files to change the names and stats of the weapons

so in my ver1.1 ive edited the kernel so the ultima weapon is called the masamune and the stats are the same as the original masamune
 :-)

edit: as i said before download 'wallmarket' and u can edit this urself

?? Jenova is a savegame editor you must be talking about Wallmarket with wallmarket evreyone can edit the weapons and more plus you can change who can equip these weapons, i also mean you can add Cloud to the one who can equip the Masamune

i would suggest downloading 'wallmarket', 'jenova', and 'hojo'
with these 3 programs u can bust the battle system wide open and change just about anything

The body is custom made, but looks very similar i agree, the texture is also from KH, but put into a single tex file (as KH uses more than one for the whole model)

ok... I had the same problem with a model of vincent that I have. I had to check all the bones one by one until I found the problem. Thank you very much. I will wait until the model is released...  :-D

OK we are having a different problem. Sometimes it crashes at the beginning of the battle (all the time in 1st reactor) , in other places it lets you into battle but crashes at the end of the battle after the victory dance. And on the world map it works just fine
