Before I post, I apologize for asking some of the following, but links I did find were dead or the files didn't work.
I'm a C++/SQL Developer, sadly it doesn't help with any FF7 modifications, however I've been looking around and was wondering if anyone knows of an actual list of all tools for modifications, Such as Loveless and Kimera, and Graphical Mods (Such as Cutscenes and more of an HDish picture). I'd love to start working with this more and maybe produce patches.
In case it's needed, here's my specs:
Asus Laptop
Windows 7 64x Enterprise
2.5GHz Core2Duo
Nvidia Geforce 260m
6GB Ram

Welcome.
The most complete list is here:
http://wiki.qhimm.com/FF7/Technical/Customising
though it doesn't have any graphic changes people have made. I suspect that's not what you're after anyway.
Good luck with it. Let or any of the other authors know if we can help you.

Someone should probably add Aali's LGP/UnLGP program to the wiki. Along with instructions on how to use it.

Look again, Titeguy updated it.

Ah, I see. I only saw it after his first edit and didn't know that all made its way to that page. I like that updated models are now on that page.
Although that "outdated" section probably needs to be immediately below the Essentials category.

Thanks. I was going to do it later today but got busy. I also corrected a minor error in those obsoletes. ;)

Thank you, that's exactly what I was looking for :)

so's mine Woot :) . its an old version listed w/ no note of it being cross platofom , but it still goes to the forum post where i update the info . so it works for me , thanks, also a bit off topic who would i speak to get get edit ability for the wiki. i would like to update the save game format since i have found lots of erros in the offsets. plus soon i will have bunches of info to add.

You talk to me, but I would rather see some more posts under your belt.
I'm *really* picky who I let into the wiki.
-
I do not think post count should be a criteria for the wiki. I know many on here with much larger post counts that do not really amount to any good ideas. Perhaps maybe he can give you the information and you can include it in the wiki halkun?

Well...I already updated Black Chocobo's info in the wiki. :P

Sorry, Didn't realize he made Black Choco
PM me, I'll let you in.
