Title: patch to implement "switch PAL / NTSC PSX FF7

I wanted to know where to find the patch that applies a switch PAL / NTSC PSX FF7, I think it's paradox, but I'm looking on the internet but can not find ...

im pretty sure that the patch your on about was a FF8 patch by paradox.
i do believe there was a NTSC to PAL patch for FF7 by DA but that doesnt seem to be what you are after. you could always make a PAL to NTSC patch yourself. there used to be guides around on how to do it, if you google it you should be able to find it.

yes, they create patch to go from PAL to NTSC, but hey seen the FF7 PSX with selectable PAL / NTSC, PAL can play in pushing the circle or NTSC pressing the X in the command of the PS2, I want to do that selector hehe
