I saw that picture somewhere in the forums before.. He looks funny though. :) I do remember even Barret have one picture like that.

I tend to avoid topics with the word "cosplay" in them. Still, you have to admit that guy's got the most accurate costume ever. :D

Alot of asians look like the main characters in ff7 or other final fantasy. I saw a tifa cosplay and she looks really the same as the original tifa. I haven't seen any cosplay which is dedicated to Barret.
