humm, make sure you are putting the files with the 514kb size in there,
i tried just picking out a couple i wanted upgraded, and then loaded up ff7,
and the weapons were white.

when i put in those extra files (rtae, rtaf, rtag, rtah, rtai) all the textures worked. :)
so you cant forget those, you absolutely have to extract all files, and create a new lgp.

i used the latest version from that site if its any help, the Open Battle HRC should be like right in the middle of the drop down menu from 'file'.
not IN your actual files :P he means the 'File' from the menu bar at the top of the window in the program.

i'll test the condor thingermajig. because right now its fugly for some reason and has these nasty vertical lines
all over in random spots of misplaced graphic. i'd much rather have it black, lol. hopefully it'll turn black. xD *prays*

but yes, i can't wait for you to convert these to battle models, or even at least to .3ds instead of .max :P
because pcreator doesn't open .max files. >_<

that bustersword, hardedge, and murasame have me metaphorically wetting my panties, lol. <_<

i'm deffinitely gonna give this a try when it's released.

hmm, chocobo.lgp and high-us.lgp are going to be a bit hard to edit.
they're a bit different and have less pieces than the field/world model.

there's also a contradiction between ffvii the original and ffvii crisis core.

when barret tells cloud that he must be familliar with the shinra building,
cloud says 'not really, this is the first time i've ever seen the HQ'

kimera is used to edit weapon /character models and character animations (i haven't messed with animation, seems tricky.)
but you will want to get hold of ficedula's LGP tools, and extract the .p files you're looking for in order to  edit them with kimera.

wellll i think i'm just gonna leave the snowboard cloud alone and let him be purple in the snowboard game, i can't find his models for that for my life in any of the .lgp files.


i might do the 1st/2nd/3rd soldier color changes, but maybe at a later time, they look ok for the most part to me. :P
ill release what i have so far in the next couple days.

you can't change movies unless you remake them yourself.. lol.
plus i have dial-up, uploading every movie with the field cloud would kinda be a pain in the butt. :P

yeah i wish they didn't make him part of movies in the low res. >_<



humm, i played some more and it looks like snowboard cloud is still purple...
anyone know where i can find the snowboard cloud among the lgp's???

i didn't do the seph one because its in the past and i'd have to make one for young cloud too, and there isn't a CG pic of young cloud that matches the themes of the others. so i figured since its retro i'd leave them both white/retro looking. if you type in official ffvii wallpaper you should find a similar pic with seph pretty easy with google.

thanks :) i was mistaken about it being part of the coaster game. that is the hrc file but..
the p models for cloud were scattered everywhere like crazy!! >_<

took me a bit to go through all of them and find out which ones were pieces of cloud.



woot, almost done, just have to do some more testing and do the snowboard game cloud now. :DD

i tried looking through the minigame lgp's, i thought it might be high-us, as all the other ones are obvious as to what they are.
no such luck, it was a 2nd part of the coaster minigame.. hmm i'll have to do more searching if no one knows. >_<

anyone know where i can find the motorcycle minigame lgp?? or the cloud thats located in it?
it's not the same one as cloud on the bike when he leaves midgar,
the cloud in the gold saucer game is still purple..

i've been working on fixing up clouds colors the past few days,
when i finish changing him in all scenarios i'll release as a zip

here are a couple screens of him in what i'd like to call 'true colors' since 1st class uniform in CC was black. :D

also... anyone have a game save right before cloud & co. escape midgar the first time? right before you ride the bike the first time.
i think i need to tweak the cloud on the bike a bit more and test it, but i dont have a savepoint right before there. >_<
