Troubleshooting / Is FFVII Ps plus version 60HZ on PS5?

Hi everyone,

I had FFVII as a Ps plus free game and played half of it on my PS4. Now I am playing it on PS5 but the visual output information says that it is on 60HZ. Back then it was said that the free ps plus editionVidMate  Mobdro
 was capped at 30HZ. Is it really possible to play the free version on 60HZ or is it a PS5 settings mistake?
